Once the auction closes, you will be notified to process payment.

A member of the Thresh team will follow up within 24 hours of the auction closing to coordinate shipping, delivery, or pickup.
Some artworks are 100% donated by the artists, while others contribute 10–50% of sales.
Details are listed with each piece.
All artworks purchased through Thresh are 100% tax-deductible (with artist shares allocated according to their agreements).

Q: How do I place a bid on an artwork?
Each artwork page includes a bid submission form. Enter your bid amount and contact details, and your bid will be recorded under your name.
Q: How will I know if I’ve won the artwork?
Once the silent auction closes, the highest bidder for each artwork will be notified by email. You will then receive instructions to complete payment.
Q: Will someone contact me before the auction ends?
No. All bids are submitted online. Thresh will contact you only after the auction closes if you are the winning bidder.
Q: What happens after I am notified that I’ve won?
A member of the Thresh team will reach out within 24 hours of the auction closing to coordinate payment, shipping, delivery, or pickup.
Q: How do I know the starting bid?
Each artwork page displays the Starting Bid amount and the percentage of proceeds donated to Thresh.
Q: How do I know if bidding is still open?
Auction dates are clearly listed at the top of the Gala Art Sale page.
If the auction is open, bids may be submitted. If the auction has closed, forms will be disabled or marked as closed.
Q: Is my bid binding?
Yes. By submitting a bid, you agree to complete the purchase if you are the winning bidder.
Q: Are purchases tax-deductible?
All artworks purchased through Thresh are 100% tax-deductible.

Q: What about shipping or pickup?
Shipping cost may vary based on the artwork’s size and your location.
Thresh will provide shipping options and a quote after the auction closes.
Q: Can I reserve an artwork?
No. Silent auction artworks cannot be reserved. All bids must be submitted through the online form.
Q: Can I retract or change my bid?
Bids cannot be retracted once submitted. If you need to increase your bid, you may submit a new bid with the updated amount.
