TRUSTING
YOUR STORY
Own your leadership.
Lead with your body.
Shape your narrative.
“Presence is a kinetic truth. It is where your internal emotional landscape meets your external command.”
- Preeti Vasudevan, Founder

Trusting Your Story (TYS) is an embodied leadership methodology rooted in the arts and designed for real-world leadership.
It helps leaders strengthen presence, clarity, and influence by working with their lived experience to unlock their creative power through authentic narrative, reflective practice, and movement-informed insight.

THE BLUEPRINT
The Trusting Your Story (TYS) method, developed by Thresh, forms the proprietary toolkit from which we build our entire ecosystem—ranging from world-class theatrical productions and global educational outreach to bespoke leadership programs for a diverse spectrum of participants, from emerging youth to seasoned global visionaries. It is the engine that drives our creative presence across the globe, providing a consistent, high-performance framework that translates seamlessly across stages, boardrooms, and communities worldwide.
Embodied learning centers the body as the primary carrier of communication, memories, and emotions. Knowledge is acquired through physical and sensory experiences rather than abstract study, recognizing the body as the site where all lived experience is recorded and expressed.
This time-released energy builds long-term stamina and opens the mind to divergent thinking. Unlike the high-burnout of a traditional gym fix, this is Generative Activation. You leave mentally and physically recharged, equipped with the tools to fine-tune non-verbal communication for superior interpersonal impact.
Preeti Vasudevan is a critically acclaimed and celebrated performer, thought-leader, storyteller, educator...Preeti offers wise and playful workshops which include guiding personal narratives, physical movement explorations, participant discussions, and guest speakers and educators. I’ve known Preeti and her pioneering works since 2010 and have been honored to witness Preeti’s visionary engagement with so many people of all ages.

Seema Choudhary,
Young Women's Leadership Program Manager, South Asian Youth Action
"This was such a wonderful workshop that my junior high young women's leadership group enjoyed so much! They’re a very engaged group and a few of the students are dancers, so they loved the interactivity of the session and the theatrical elements to the storytelling. I love how the stories that are highlighted serve to uplift their South Asian identity and empower them as young women."
