Trusting
Your Story
True leadership through
authentic narrative

What is Trusting Your Story?
Trusting Your Story (TYS) is an inspirational workshop series which deploys movement-based techniques (dance, music, improvisation, theater and reflective memory) to help leaders access their true creativity and inner voice to release powerful modes of self-expression towards an empowered leadership. TYS uses movement and voice as its primary foundation to explore and develop one’s own story seeking to answer the question 'who am I now?’
TYS works with the belief that the body is one of the most critical tools for leadership when fully engaged and understood. Through a carefully developed methodology of embodied learning (using physical movement, sensations and experience of the body) participants emerge with a strong sense of connection to how their body and mind work in alignment to access and confront their vulnerabilities.
TYS places participants in a safe environment that is non judgemental and free of work related goals in order to explore and rediscover one’s personal journey to reach a more transformative place of change both within and outside oneself. TYS believes in seeking authentic leadership through constant evolution and reflection where visceral experience. TYS is created to allow participants to emerge from this extraordinary process not weaker but stronger, finding one’s true inner narrative in order to inspire others with enhanced authenticity and leadership presence.
In essence, Trusting Your Story is more than a workshop; it's an investment in personal and professional growth as a leader, offering an opportunity to cultivate the skills and qualities that drive success in today's volatile and uncertain world.

How Does TYS Work?
TYS process is grounded in embodied learning, a practice that places the physical experience of the body at the center of understanding and communication. A multidisciplinary practice interconnecting storytelling, dance, choreography, movement, music, art, writing etc, are at the heart of the vision of TYS.
These practices reveal the power of embodied learning as a powerful tool in understanding similarities and differences in the way we make meaning and learn deep listening, thereby revealing universally shared experiences, promoting healing, and building an open minded community.
