“I teach you to read the room through the science of embodied learning.”

- Preeti Vasudevan, Founder

Thank you for this amazing energizing way to begin my day on the west coast! Loved reconnecting to my body as my friend and visualizing birthing a new future. Great way to begin Women’s Month!

THE WORK

INTELLIGENCE IN THE LIVED BODY

Most corporate environments disconnect leaders from their bodies, causing high burnout and "above the neck" decision-making. Trusting Your Story (TYS) shifts this paradigm. By using movement and dance as a foundation, the In Carne (in the flesh) experience bypasses intellectual barriers to reconnect you with your most powerful asset: your lived experience.

GENERATIVE ACTIVATION

Unlike the high-burnout of a traditional gym fix, this is Generative Activation. This time-released energy builds long-term stamina and opens the mind to divergent thinking. You leave mentally and physically recharged, equipped with the tools to fine-tune non-verbal communication for superior interpersonal impact.

ANCIENT WISDOM MEETS MODERN SCIENCE

THE METHODOLOGY

  • Movement-Based Somatic Strategy: A visceral approach to leadership that integrates the verbal and non-verbal into a balanced, powerful whole through the dynamic flow of movement and dance.

  • Emotional Alchemy: Transforming the Nava Rasas—the nine emotional essences from Indian theater—into executive assets. This process turns "heat" (anger/passion) into firm boundaries and "bravery" into grounded physical density.

  • Certified Movement Analysis (CMA): A diagnostic tool to decode Space, Effort, and Shape, providing precision in high-pressure environments.

  • The 7-Minute Recharge: Simple, effective physical tools to reset your nervous system anywhere, ensuring you are truly capable and ready at any point of the day.

A working woman is constantly juggling multiple and often competing responsibilities  at work and home. This sometimes manifests as constant stress and inner conflict, so a workshop like the one Preeti has envisioned is a gift! We as women need to feel more connected to our mind and body, and take steps to reset ourselves. The integration of movement, dance and yoga feels both grounding and liberating.
