“Presence is a kinetic truth. It is where your internal emotional landscape meets your external command.”

Your body is your most powerful asset; your lived experience.

Trusting Your Story (TYS) is a dynamic movement methodology that forges a new frontier in leadership. By integrating the rigorous structural, emotional, and somatic intelligence found in both ancient Eastern and modern Western performance traditions, the work ignites the moving body to awaken and activate your lived experience into a dynamic expression.

This is the intelligence of movement—reclaiming your dynamic body as the primary site of global leadership.

“Preeti truly embodies the spirit of an 'arts ambassador'... she uses her prodigious skills to bridge cultural, linguistic, and political barriers.”

— Jay Raman, Senior Foreign Service Officer, United States

THE WORK

INTELLIGENCE IN THE LIVED BODY

The foundational strength of Trusting Your Story is its rigorous confluence of East-West intelligence: a singular integration of movement-based storytelling, Western science-based movement analysis, and the Wisdom of the Rasas.

The Rasas—an ancient Eastern framework of human emotions—provide a precise map for mastering internal states. By utilizing them as memory carriers and narrative tools, our methodology prioritizes physical activation over abstract study. We align your somatic history with your visionary intent to create a discipline of Sovereign Presence, transforming your lived experience into a permanent, physical command that is felt before you speak.

THE BLUEPRINT

The Trusting Your Story (TYS) method, developed by Thresh, forms the proprietary toolkit from which we build our entire ecosystem—ranging from world-class theatrical productions and global educational outreach to bespoke leadership programs for a diverse spectrum of participants, from emerging youth to seasoned global visionaries. It is the engine that drives our creative presence across the globe, providing a consistent, high-performance framework that translates seamlessly across stages, boardrooms, and communities worldwide.

Embodied learning centers the body as the primary carrier of communication, memories, and emotions. Knowledge is acquired through physical and sensory experiences rather than abstract study, recognizing the body as the site where all lived experience is recorded and expressed.

This time-released energy builds long-term stamina and opens the mind to divergent thinking. Unlike the high-burnout of a traditional gym fix, this is Generative Activation. You leave mentally and physically recharged, equipped with the tools to fine-tune non-verbal communication for superior interpersonal impact)

“The emotion dissipated as I continued in the movements and breathing.”

— June Smith, Executive Coach/Creative/Writer

DYNAMIC MOVEMENT

Using the rhythm of motion, voice, and breath to align your internal story with your external presence. Through this activation, we move beyond static posture into a state of kinetic readiness, ensuring your physical command is as fluid and intentional as your visionary intent.

GLOBAL FOOTPRINT

Our Supporters

When we started, many students were fearful of songwriting. Breaking it into parts helped them run with their ideas. In the end, they connected deeply with the stories and grew as musicians and storytellers.

— Kristy Jung, Choral Director, Brooklyn High School of the Arts

Seema Choudhary,

Young Women's Leadership Program Manager, South Asian Youth Action

"This was such a wonderful workshop that my junior high young women's leadership group enjoyed so much! They’re a very engaged group and a few of the students are dancers, so they loved the interactivity of the session and the theatrical elements to the storytelling. I love how the stories that are highlighted serve to uplift their South Asian identity and empower them as young women."
